Online Orders & Delivery
Can I purchase Forevermark jewellery online?
Online shopping is currently only available in India, US, HK and China. Click here to discover our full range available in India. Deliveries are subject to agreed pin codes in India. Customers can check if we deliver to their pin code on the product and check-out pages.
What are your shipping fees and delivery times?
Shipping is free of charge for all online orders in India. Once the order is ready, your package will be sent by our experienced and secure logistics partner. Delivery takes between 5 – 25 days. This is because each piece of Forevermark diamond jewellery is hand-crafted, and some pieces may take longer than others. You will receive email alerts advising when your package will be delivered.
What are your online shopping terms and conditions?
You must be 18 years or older to place an order and purchase products or services through our website. Our website is solely for the promotion of our products or services in India. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from, or deliver to, addresses outside India. You can view our terms & conditions.
What are your online shopping payment methods?
We accept credit and debit card, bank transfer, UPI, net banking, American Express, currency cards and Wallet payment methods on your online shopping payments.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide online purchases and shipment to other countries at this time. Customers can only make online purchases in India and have their diamond jewellery shipped to an address in the agreed pin codes.
What is the difference between “Total Carat Weight” and “Total Forevermark Carat Weight”?
Total Forevermark Carat Weight refers to the carat weight of the inscribed Forevermark diamonds within a piece of jewellery. However, some designs may contain diamonds that are too small to be inscribed as Forevermark diamonds, therefore the carat weight of these smaller diamonds may be added to Total Forevermark Carat Weight to get the Total Carat Weight.
Do you offer an in-store pick up service?
We don’t offer an in-store pick up service in India at this time. Customers can only have their diamond jewellery shipped to an address in India.
How will my online order be packaged?
Forevermark online purchase orders will be delivered in a secure, non-branded, tamper-evident and plain white packaging. Inside, you will find your Forevermark purchase in a beautiful Signature white Forevermark jewellery box, including the diamond certificate.
How can I track an order placed on Forevermark.com?
Please refer to your email alerts which will include estimated delivery time and contact us to get tracking information for your online order.
How do I cancel my order?
You cannot cancel an order once it’s been placed. We would suggest you contact us to find out the possible options regarding your purchase.
How do I contact Forevermark about my online order?
Please fill out the contact us form or log-in to LiveChat on our website for your online order enquiries. Our customer service experts will get in touch with you within two business days on your contact us form enquiries.
How can I return an item purchased online?
In order to receive a full refund, please return the unworn product in its original condition, inside the original packing and with all the original documents, including the inscription card and grading report, within 15 days of your delivery date. Please contact us to request your return.
Do I have to pay to return an online purchase?
You don’t have to pay for your online purchase return. Please contact us to request your return an item for a refund.

Covid-19 Update: How can I return an item purchased from an Authorised Forevermark Jeweller?
If you need a refund for an item purchased from an Authorised Forevermark Jeweller, please refer to the returns policy offered by the retailer you purchased from or get in touch with them directly. Due to the current Covid-19 situation return policies may be adapted or extended if you are unable to return your jewellery within the specified timeframe. What is your returns policy?
Every Authorised Forevermark Jeweller has their own return policy and customers need to contact the jeweller where they made the purchase.
Covid-19 Update: Can I exchange an item purchased in-store?
If you like to exchange an item purchased in-store, please refer to the exchange policy offered by the retailer you purchased from or get in touch with them directly. Due to the current Covid-19 situation exchange policies may be adapted or extended if you are unable to exchange your jewellery within the specified timeframe, please contact your jeweller to discuss. What are the 4C’s?
The standard 4C’s refer to a diamond’s Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat weight. These help in the grading or assessment of the quality of the diamond in question, and as such play a part in the valuation of the stone too. At Forevermark we believe this is just the beginning and that there is much more to a diamond than just these four traits, we go beyond the 4Cs to ensure only the world’s most beautiful diamonds can become Forevermark.
How do I check the inscription number of my Forevermark diamond?
Each Forevermark diamond above 0.10 carat is inscribed with the Forevermark icon and a unique identification number. They are also accompanied by a Forevermark Diamond Identification Card that includes verification of each diamonds shape, carat weight and unique inscription number – the number that identifies the diamond to be unique.
If you are interested in viewing the inscription number on your Forevermark diamonds, you can bring your diamonds into your local Authorised Forevermark Jeweller and request to view the inscription number with the Forevermark Viewer.
Do all Forevermark diamonds come with a Grading Report?
Forevermark diamonds of 0.50 carat and above come with a grading report. The report contains detailed information on the diamond’s cut, clarity, colour and carat weight. You can download a PDF copy of your Grading Report after you have registered your diamond on our website.
Every Forevermark diamond is also accompanied by a Diamond ID Card, which includes verification of each diamond’s shape, carat weight and unique inscription number.

Respect for nature is deeply ingrained in the Forevermark philosophy, as it is in that of the De Beers Group. That is why, for every hectare of land De Beers Group uses to recover diamonds, it dedicates six hectares to conservation. The land it manages for conservation covers around 200,000 hectares and is home to several indigenous and endangered species.

Diamond Care & Repair
What is the best way to take care of my Forevermark diamond jewellery?
Whilst diamonds are the hardest natural material known to man it doesn’t mean they don’t need taking care of. When not being worn, we recommend you keep your piece in jewellery box or soft cloth pouch in a dry, cool and secure location. We also recommend taking out adequate insurance to cover you against loss or theft. It’s also worth noting that your diamond jewellery can easily become exposed to harsh chemicals or abrasive solutions. Whether it is wearing perfume, applying sunscreen, washing up, or simply using hairspray, these chemicals can erode or dull metal settings. It is often best to remove your jewellery or wear protective clothing.
When taking off a ring you should always ensure to pick it up by its band, not by the diamond or the setting. This will help to keep the diamond secure in its setting as well as preventing natural oils from your hands building up around the diamond.

Can my Forevermark jewellery be repaired?
If your piece has been damaged, please contact the Authorised Forevermark Jeweller where you made the purchase directly to find out the possible repairing options. Unfortunately because Forevermark does not manufacture the jewellery, we are not able to offer a repair service.
What do I do if my Forevermark diamond is lost or stolen?
Given the preciousness and high value of your Forevermark jewellery we recommend that you take out adequate insurance to protect against theft or loss of your piece. If you believe your Forevermark diamond has been stolen, we recommend contacting your local police station. Forevermark does not directly offer a tracking service, although if you have registered your diamond with us this may help in terms of proof or purchase or identification.
Where can I get my Forevermark diamond jewellery cleaned?
We recommend that you take your jewellery to your Authorised Forevermark Jeweller for professional cleaning once every six months. The jeweller can also inspect your ring for any weakness or trauma, making sure that the diamond remains safe in its setting.
In between professional cleans you can clean your diamond jewellery yourself by simply using hot soapy water and gently brushing it using a soft-bristle toothbrush. Alternatively, you could use aa solution of one-part ammonia to six-parts warm water, rinsing well to renew the sparkle. Shop-bought non-abrasive jewellery cleaners are also another option to clean your diamond. Make sure the cleaner is safe to use on your jewellery metal, as well as on the diamond itself. After cleaning, rub gently with a soft cloth to accentuate your diamonds shine.

Covid-19 Update: What are the Covid-19 safety measures in Forevermark Boutiques?
Wearing a mask
Face coverings and masks are to be worn upon entering the Forevermark Boutique and at all times when within it. All staff will also be wearing face coverings and masks at all times within the Forevermark Boutique.
Hand sanitising in-store
Hand sanitiser will be readily available within all our Forevermark Boutiques, upon entrance as well as on every counter. All staff will also be regularly sanitising their hands including in between every customer interaction.
Please follow and maintain social distancing guidelines of 2 metres whilst in-store.
Disinfection of the stores ahead of the opening
Ahead of opening, all Forevermark Boutiques will be deep cleaned by a professional industrial cleaning service, all high touch surfaces will be sanitised and the entire store, including merchandise, will be organised, sanitised and checked prior to opening.
From opening, the Forevermark Boutiques will be sanitised and disinfected by our teams in store daily.
Disinfection of merchandise
All jewellery products that have been tried on or handled will be disinfected with an alcohol based sanitiser wipe.
Where possible, we ask you to please use contactless and card payment.
How can I make a complaint to Forevermark?

My Account & Register My Diamond
Can I register my diamond?
Yes, you can register your diamond online, this identifies as uniquely yours. Once registered using your unique identification number, you can log back into your My Forevermark Account to view and download digital copies of your Forevermark diamond grading reports if the diamond is graded and the grading report is available. Registering your diamond online gives you assurance that your diamond meets Forevermark standards: that it is beautiful, rare and has been responsibly sourced.
How do I register my diamond?
Registering your diamond is a quick and simple process, just follow these steps:
1. First you will need to
create a My Forevermark Account (all you need to do this is an email address and to set up a password).
2. Once your account has been created and you are logged in, click on the “Register my Diamonds” and then “Register a Forevermark Diamond” button.
3. Next select whether you are registering a single loose Forevermark diamond or a piece of jewellery containing one or more Forevermark diamonds.
4. For each individual diamond, you will need to enter their Forevermark ID Number and Barcode. This information can be found on your Forevermark ID card(s).
5. On the next page, you will be asked the Name of Your Piece and the Occasion you like to state.
6. Once above steps been complete, your diamond(s) will be saved on your Forevermark Account.

Why should I create a My Forevermark Account?
Creating a My Forevermark Account will offer you a number of benefits, setting up an account is easy to do and once created you can:

- Save Forevermark diamond jewellery in your wishlist
- Receive updates about Forevermark collections, diamond jewellery inspiration and exclusive events
How do I create a My Forevermark Account?
You can create your Forevermark Account by clicking on the My Account button top right corner on our website or by clicking here. The page will direct to “Create a My Forevermark Account” form.
Once you input your Name, Email Address, Password details and click on Create Account button, your Forevermark account will be created.
I can’t remember the email address I used when I created my account, what should I do?
Please contact Forevermark Customer Service to request the email address you used when you created your Forevermark account. We will respond in 2 working days.
I’ve forgotten the password to My Forevermark Account, how I can reset it?
Please click on the “Forgot Password?” button below the sign-in form. Once you submit your request, we will send you an email with the password reset link.
How can I get a copy of the grading report for my diamond online?
Your grading report is available to download from your My Forevermark Account. You will need your grading report number in order to download the report, this can be found on your Forevermark grading report. You can access or set up an account here.
How do I delete my account?
1. Please go to My Details section of your
Forevermark Account to delete your account and all your personal data.
2. Click on Contact Information button in your account and then click Delete My Data / My Forevermark Account. Please note: This action will delete all your personal data / your Forevermark account permanently.
3. Once you confirm your email address and password your data will be deleted from our systems.
