As some pieces will need to be custom-made, they may take longer to arrive. Based on your purchase, the estimated shipping times will be displayed before you submit your order. Once you place your order, you'll receive confirmation and delivery tracking notices. You will also be able to view your order in your De Beers Forevermark Account. Shipment & Delivery:
We currently ship to select pin codes across India. Please check your delivery Pin Code within the checkout to ensure you purchase can be delivered.
Orders received before 12:00PM IST will be processed that same day.
Because each piece of De Beers Forevermark diamond jewellery is hand-crafted, some pieces and sizes may take longer to arrive than others, so you can expect your order to be delivered in 20-25 days, depending on the piece and size. The estimated shipping time will be confirmed when your order is placed, and you will receive e-mail alerts advising when your package will be delivered, complete with tracking information.
Shipping is free of charge for all orders our standard shipping option, and once fulfilled and ready for shipment, all orders will be shipped via our delivery partner BVC. For your security, packages will need to be signed for and you will need to show a valid form of identification.
Unfortunately we cannot make any changes to your order after your order has been accepted.
Returns & Refunds:
Our hope is that you are satisfied with your De Beers Forevermark purchase. However, you may return a product and receive a full refund, provided that the product is returned unworn, in its original condition, inside the original packing and shipping materials and with all the original documents, including the inscription card and grading report, within 15 days of the date that the product was delivered to you. We do not currently offer exchanges, so if a new item is required, please return your item by following the process described below, and then place a new order for the replacement product.
If you would like to return a product, please contact us within 15 days of the date that the product was delivered to you. Once you have contacted us about your return, we will send you a prepaid BVC return label which you can use to return the product. Your product must then be placed back into the original packaging and shipping box and have all the original documents it was shipped with prior to you shipping it back to us. Please ensure that you include one original shipping statement inside the box. Your order will arrive with two copies of the shipping statement, so in the event of a return you can keep one copy for your records.
